WAVE · KARAOKE HALL

Karaoke Rules

These rules keep the queue clear, protect the equipment and ensure a fair format for all guests.

ADMISSION

Entry and spaces

  • Lounge: free entry; no karaoke.
  • Karaoke Hall: general entry is €10 per person.
  • A €15 entry option is also available and includes one standard cocktail: a house spirit with a standard soft drink or mixer.
  • VIP Room is reserved for the whole night; entry is charged separately. Minimum spend for the VIP Room is €200. Recommended for groups of up to 10 guests.
THE QUEUE

Queue and songs

  • One song per round for each table.
  • Tables with 7 or more guests receive two songs per round.
  • Tables with 14 or more guests receive three songs per round.
  • The singer must be at the table when their turn comes. If they are absent, the turn is skipped and the table returns in the next round.
  • A song may be changed no later than two songs before your turn. Once playback has started, the song cannot be changed.
SPECIAL OPTIONS

Additional services

  • Crazy Song / a song outside the regular queue — €50.
  • Your own backing track or a YouTube song — €20, subject to technical compatibility and approval by the team.
  • Karaoke extension after closing — €150 for each 30 minutes, only with the venue’s approval.
EQUIPMENT

Microphones and responsibility

  • First microphone drop — €50.
  • Each repeated drop — an additional €50.
  • Damage to a microphone — €300.
  • Guests must follow the team’s instructions regarding the use of microphones and the karaoke system.
RESERVATIONS & CONDUCT

Reservations and conduct

  • We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before the agreed time.
  • A reservation is held for 20 minutes after the agreed time. After that, WAVE may cancel it and release the table or space unless the delay was communicated and agreed in advance.
  • For hall or private-space reservations, rental time starts at the originally agreed time even if the group arrives late. Late arrival does not extend the reservation or reduce its price.
  • Guests must behave respectfully, follow staff instructions, and avoid aggression, threats, harassment, property damage, or serious disturbance to other guests.
  • Within applicable law, WAVE management makes the final operational decisions needed to resolve conflicts and unexpected situations and may restrict or end service if these rules are violated.

By booking a table, entering the venue or taking part in karaoke, guests accept these rules. Last updated: 7 August 2026. WAVE may update the rules to reflect operational changes or applicable Spanish law; the version published on this page is the current version.
