Data we process

• Contact data: name, telephone number and contact channel.
• Booking data: date, time, number of guests, space or table, language, comments and request status.
• Technical and security data strictly necessary to operate and protect the site.

Purposes and legal bases

• Handle enquiries and booking requests: pre-contractual steps and performance of the requested service.
• Confirm, modify, cancel and operate bookings: performance of the customer relationship.
• Meet legal, accounting and tax obligations and manage claims: legal obligation.
• Protect the website and prevent misuse: legitimate interest in security.
• Send marketing communications: only with prior consent, if introduced.

Recipients and providers

Data may be processed by necessary web-hosting, maintenance and messaging providers. Booking requests generate notifications for authorised WAVE staff in an internal Telegram group. If a user starts contact through WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or another platform, that provider’s terms also apply. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Some messaging or infrastructure providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, GDPR safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses will be used. Please do not include sensitive information in booking comments.

Retention

Enquiries and bookings are kept for as long as needed to manage them and generally for up to 12 months after the planned visit. Data required for accounting, tax, contractual obligations or claims is kept for the applicable statutory periods, then securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent, via WhatsApp at +34 602 555 801, stating “Data protection”, or in writing at the venue. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Minors and security

The form is not intended for minors acting independently. We apply reasonable measures to protect data, although no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

Changes

Last updated: 7 August 2026. This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in processing activities, services or applicable Spanish and European law. The version published on this page is the current version. The Spanish version prevails in case of inconsistency.
